I never put 5 stars because there is no such thing as perfection, but here we are getting close to phew!since the time that I eat vegan, these cakes are definitely in my top 3! and I tasted pastries! lolFor having made non-vegan pastry (and having eaten a lot before lol) I do not regret the traditional cakes because it is 1000 times better!
